Studiodaily has a great article up on the collaboration between The Orphanage, ILM, The Embassy and The Pixel Liberation Front, for FX work on Iron Man. The article focuses mainly on ILM, but is well worth the read. There is a great write up on how they used various materials that were collected during shooting to create an unplanned sequence after production wrapped. Amazing work. Check out the article here.Jim EDIT: Not to be outdone fxguide.com has an amazing article and postcast on this subject and me being a big nerd about UI and HUD vfx Dav Rauch talks about alot of the HUD vfx The Orphanage (one of my favs) did for the movie.
