The BETA Build of Firmware Version 15 for the RED is now available. Check out the lengthy list of changes below!

Significant changes since Build 14.

Support for simultaneous RED-EVF, RED-LCD and HD-SDI/HDMI outputs.
MONITOR / ACTIVE parameter replaced by MONITOR / PREVIEW parameter,
Shutter speed reporting in Degrees or 1/xx Sec format.
Improved Shutter speed / angle reporting in SYNCRO and RELATIVE modes
Shutter speed / angle outside requested value indicator.
False Color Focus indicator (red edge highlight over monochrome)
Increased frame rate (100+fps) for 2K recording modes.
Anamorphic (1.2:1) recording modes for 2K, 3K, 4K

Note: Regarding re-activation of +48V Phantom Power. Use of +48VPhantom Power not recommended unless using the new RED XLR-to-mini-XLR cable adaptor (single cable with integrated adaptor). Use of XLR-to-mini-XLR adaptor and mini-XLR-to-mini-XLR cable (an adaptor and a cable) should NOT be used. If you need this new XLR-to-mini-XLR cable adaptor, please contact RED for a replacement.
