President Schwarzenegger?

CBS reports that Arnold Swarzenegger told 60 Minutes that he would like to run for president. I watched excerpts of the interview on Yahoo! News and got severely irritated by the Netflix ad that aired between every segment. After watching those clips, i think it’s necessary to point out that Arnold wasn’t out and out throwing his hat into the race, he was simply saying that he would like eventually have the ability to run, and more importantly the ability to be consider a US citizen after being here for so many years.
I’m reminded of the scene in Demolition Man, where Sandra Bullock reveals to Sly Stallone that Arnold Swarzenegger was president after an amendment to the constitution resulted from his popularity. Oddly enough 10 years after the release of this film he was elected Governor of California.

Amend for Arnold and Jen - A movement to Amend Article 2, Section 2, Clause 5 of the Constitution - Which prohibits non-natural born Citizen’s of the US to be elected to presidential office. This same clause sets the lower age limit of the president to 35 years old and states that you must have live in the US for at least 14 years.
